WORK STATEMENT: "UNTITLED” digital, 18 x 18 inches, 2020

For my piece for this exhibition, I tried doing something different than what I normally do. I went for something more serious and let my feelings do the work. With everything that has been going on in the world during the COVID-19 pandemic, my mind has been everywhere. So I used that as an opportunity let off some stress and make something that is personal. A part of the artwork is dedicated to my father because the anniversary of his passing is soon, and I wanted to create something to honor him.
